Description:
We are currently working with a public company here in Boston that needs a Director of Real Estate Accounting to lead a team of about five in the management of a North American real estate budget operations portfolio of about $300M. The ideal candidate will have public experience, SOX, and fantastic technical skills with General Ledger and Reconciliations. Any experience in Real Estate Accounting is a plus. A CPA is a plus.
Requirements:
- 10+ years General Ledger, Reconciliations, Accounting Experience
- Public Experience (preferably with a Big 4 company)
- SOX Experience
