Description:
Our client is a rapidly growing real estate company located in the heart of downtown Los Angeles. They are urgently looking to find a sharp accountant with experience in property accounting. The ideal candidate will have 3-6 years in property accounting and related accounting functions. This includes but is not limited to cam reconciliation, journal entries, financial statement preparation, consolidation experience, and month end close.
Some preferred skills include:
-Construction accounting experience
-Yardi experience
-Solid communication skills
-B.S. in Accounting or Finance
