Description:
We are currently working with a hospital in Brighton that is seeking an Accounting Manager to join its accounting department.
Reporting to the Controller and Chief Financial Officer at a hospital and day school for children with special health care needs, the Accounting Manager will be responsible for aiding in the preparation of the annual operating and capital budgets, overseeing the general ledger and month end close, managing Accounts Payable and preparing the monthly financial statements. Candidates are required to have a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting as well as 3-5 years of accounting experience with managerial experience preferred. Strong experience with Solomon software is highly preferred and experience in a healthcare setting is a plus.
