Senior Financial Analyst

Since our founding in 1999, we have been a profitable and growing e-commerce company providing unprecedented service. We are currently in need of a Senior Financial Analyst to join our 4 person team. We are located in the northern suburbs of Chicago and focus in web-based compensation methodologies.

The open job is a wonderful opportunity for those who have 3 to 5 years of experience in areas of Finance, Financial Planning, Budgeting, and Analysis. Our revenues have reached an unprecedented level which requires a detail-orientated analyst to formulate growth strategies and corporate plan. Individuals who have done work in with corporate planning with forecasting and financial modeling will be ahead of the curve.

The primary responsibilities are:
- Prepare and present yearly budgets
- Develop monthly forecasts
- Ad-hoc analysis on various operational projects
- Compile financial statistics

Skills required for the position are:
- 3-5 years overall experience
- 2-4 years modeling experience
- MS Excel (formulas, Pivot Tables, and Macros)
- Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
- BA in accounting, finance, or business
- CPA and MBA preferred

Desired Skills are:
- Modeling Experience
- CPA and MBA
