Description:
This $75B Financial Institution that acts as a holding company for six (6) separate companies is in need of a Banking Analyst for a full time permanent position in their New York office.
The Analyst will be working on a small deal team that will allow the Analyst to be heavily involved in every aspect of the deal process from origination, through execution, to close.
The Analyst will be responsible for the financial modeling, including: DCFs, Valuations, M&A, and LBOs. The Analyst will also be responsible for assisting in creating pitch books, making presentations, writing memos and performing due diligence. The Analyst will be expected to have a solid understanding of financial statements as strong analytical skills. The Analyst will be interacting with high level management both within the company and with the client on a regular basis.
