This growing Boutique Investment Bank is in need of an Associate with M&A experience for a full time permanent position on their M&A team. This Boutique Investment Bank which specializes in M&A, Restructuring, and Financing has been growing steadily over the past fifteen years and is now building their M&A practice due to increased transaction flow.

The Associate will have 1-3 years experience as an Associate. Associates who have 2 years post-MBA as well as Associates who do not have an MBA but have been through an Analyst program will be considered. The M&A team is industry agnostic. Associates who are coming from groups other than purely Leveraged Finance and Financial Sponsors Groups will be given preference. The Associate will be working on deals from start to finish and will be expected to work closely with clients as well as with the Analysts. Associates who have experience in Bulge Bracket M&A teams are highly preferred.

The Associate position is an excellent opportunity to be in a highly advisory role with considerable growth into a Principle opportunity. Compensation is commensurate with experience.
