A major NYC Investment Bank is looking for Market Risk Managers for their Global Commodities Market Risk team. The bank is planning to greatly increase their Commodities business in 2008, and as a result they are growing the Risk team. Currently they are in need of two Associate or VP level Risk Managers with strong knowledge of commodities and global markets. This is a great opportunity to step into the front office and develop the skills to transition to sales, trading, or structuring.

Day to day responsibilities include: Setting and monitoring risk limits, risk reporting to senior management, new product research and set up, and ad hoc work for the trading desk.

Requirements:

- 3 to 6 years previous experience in market risk management.

- Strong background in commodities, specifically energy and metals.

- In depth knowledge of derivatives including structured products.
