Description:
Due to growing business, a major Investment Bank is looking for two Bookrunners to head up the Emerging Markets Equity Derivatives group, one VP and one AVP. On a day to day basis the team is responsible for the production and delivery of risk and P&L reports for the front office, price testing, and analysis of new and structured trades. The current team consists of five analysts and associates. Both positions require 4 or more years in a product control function as well as a very strong understanding of derivatives. For the VP position, they are looking for somebody currently at the VP/AVP level or with 6 to 7 years of experience.
Requirements:
- Strong derivative background including options pricing knowledge. Equity Derivative and/or Emerging Markets experience is a big plus.
- Previous work in a product control or bookrunner function: Attribution of P&L from a risk perspective.
- Management experience is a plus, excellent communication is a must.
