Description:
We are currently working with a billion dollar real-estate company in Boston that needs a Property Accountant. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years experience managing a portfolio of 15-20 properties. This is a very fast-paced environment as the company is experiencing a tremendous amount of growth, and they need someone to hit the ground running. The position will report directly to one of the Assistant Controllers.
Requirements:
- 3-5 years experience managing a portfolio of 15-20 properties
- Accounting Degree
- General Ledger, Bank Reconciliations, Audit Papers
